Muu is a fantastic hotel in Sukumvit. It's very centrally located, and has easy access via road and rail to other parts of the city. The hotel also has a shuttle that can take you to the nearest train station. All you need to do is ask as reception - it usually makes a trip once an hour. The staff is excellent and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This applies across the board - reception, service staff, and the cleaning staff are all ever ready to help. On a side note, this hotel had the shortest window between when I asked for something and when it was delivered to me. Breakfast is also very good with a combination of a buffet as well as a fixed menu to order from. They make excellent tea/coffee and have a good selection of juices as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Great hotel, friendly staff with an excellent breakfast. Rooms are spacious and feel brand new. The hotel has a real 5 star feel, especially the service from the staff. We stayed here twice over our holiday and really enjoyed our time here.

The location is excellent, smack in the middle of the coolest restaurants , bars and a 5 min drive to the BTS which gets you to the Emquartier & Emporium malls. This was my third stay at this property, I first visited in 2019, then in 2020 for my honeymoon, this time my husband and I visited with friends and it’s kept up its quality over the years. We stayed in a junior king suite,which was quiet, clean and spacious with a city view. The staff at the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure one has a comfortable stay, a van is available for free for pick and drops from the BTS, a lovely luxury during the hot Bangkok summer. The breakfast has great variety and goes on till 2pm on weekends which is great when one wants to sleep in. The Italian restaurant by the pool has a delicious menu. Separately the hotel is connected to a very chic mall, which has salons, a 24 hour grocery store, a curated array of restaurants and nail bars, we picked up souvenirs from there. I can’t praise the patient, lovely and incredibly helpful staff at the hotel. Will keep coming back!

I have stayed at this hotel before on business and was delighted. Now I was there with the family and it was again to the best satisfaction. you can only be happy about the concierge, very courteous always on hand, funny and always smiling. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and is of high quality. The pool on the 11th floor is simply marvellous by day and by night. The hotel is located in a better area of Bangkok, with many Japanese restaurants and small upscale shopping centres. The hotel is not far from the BTS station, you can reach it on foot or take the hotel shuttle, free of charge! At the opposite of the hotel in front of the 7/11 you can find from 09:00 p.m. onwards a young man with his street kitchen who makes some of the best roti (Thai Pancake) of Bangkok. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

The hotel is clean, organized, filled with stuff to do and the price is a steal. Located in the middle of Sukhumvit it is close enough to anything you may want and they offer pickup to the BTS stations for anything further. The price felt like an absolute steal, I never had a suite that good, that cheap before. I recomend it three times over.

Lovely Hotel. Very well maintained. Great facilities and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location on thong lor. Everything you need is around you, very good restaurants, a super market underground and if you want some night life it's a 13min walk to the BTS and 2 stops away.

Our family of five had the most incredible stay at MUU Bangkok in the 3-bedroom unit overlooking the pool with a patio. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity we could need, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The view of the pool from our patio was absolutely stunning—a serene and relaxing spot to unwind after exploring the vibrant city. The pool itself was pristine and inviting, and we loved spending time there as a family. The service at MUU Bangkok was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, ensuring that every detail of our stay was flawless. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local gems, or just greeting us with a warm smile, their hospitality truly stood out. The location was also perfect—close to everything we wanted to see but still a peaceful oasis to retreat to at the end of the day. We can’t recommend MUU Bangkok enough. For families looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Bangkok, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

Such a great hotel for us as a family with its option of spacious 2 bed apartments with kitchenette including washing machine & dryer. Love the contemporary decor. Great location too with supermarket in the basement of shopping centre next door and the BTS just down the road plus super choice of restaurants & foot massage places all on doorstep. We loved the roof top pool. Also, the staff definitely deserve a mention: always very helpful and super friendly. This was our second visit and MUU did not disappoint. We will definitely be back. Absolutely exceptional again.

I wanted a few days of comfort in Bangkok and this was excellent. A beautiful hotel with excellent service. The pool area was a perfect place to just relax and enjoy a few cocktails. The room was spacious, very well designed, comfortable and also helped me to unwind.
